Lundqvist puts on a show in Rangers’ romp November 02, 2016

Henrik Lundqvist was in midseason form on Tuesday night, steering aside all 35 shots he faced in a 5-0 win over the St. Louis Blues. He would go on to be named the first star of the contest. The shutout was the 60^th of Lundqvist’s career, placing the Are, Sweden-native 17^th in the all-time rankings, and 2^nd amongst European-born goalies.  In eight games this season, the New York Rangers netminder has a record of 5-3 with a goals against average of 2.17.
