Strome steps up in Isles Game 1 victory April 28, 2016

Ryan Strome assisted on two of his team’s three first period goals last night, as the New York Islanders cruised to a 5-3 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning, taking Game 1 of their Eastern Conference semifinals series. The 22-year-old center has been impressive in the five games he has played thus far, tallying 4 points (1 goal, 3 assists), a plus/minus rating of +4, and one game-winning goal.
