Karlsson wins it in overtime March 16, 2016
Erik Karlsson has been one of the best players in the NHL this year, and he proved it again on Tuesday, scoring the winning goal in Ottawa’s 3-2, overtime victory over the Minnesota Wild. The Swedish superstar also added an assist in the contest, making him the 3rd highest point-getter in the league with 73. The three-time NHL All-star currently leads the league in assists (60) and ice time per game (29:07), making him the odds on favorite for what would be his 3rd Norris Trophy award.
