Lundqvist holds down the fort in Rangers’ win February 22, 2016
Henrik Lundqvist recorded his 4th shutout of the season last night, in the New York Rangers 1-0, overtime victory over the Detroit Red Wings. The Swedish superstar turned aside all 22 shots he faced, and went on to be named the first star of the contest. The native of Are, Sweden has won 6 of his last 7 games, registering a goals-against-average of 1.43 in that span.
