Kessel breaks game open in Pens’ win December 22, 2015
Phil Kessel scored his 4th game-winning goal of the year last night, guiding the Pittsburgh Penguins to a 5-2 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets. With the score tied 1-1 in the second period, the 28-year-old sharpshooter scored back-to-back goals to put Pittsburgh ahead for good. He would finish the game with 4 shots on net and a plus/minus rating of +2.
