Backes breaks out with 3-point performance November 17, 2015

David Backes was named the first star last night, as the St. Louis Blues edged the Winnipeg Jets by a score of 3-2. The 31-year-old rugged centerman scored two goals—including the game winner—and added an assist in the win. He also led all forwards in ice-time with 23:47. The game-winning goal was his second of the season.
