Lundqvist strong between the pipes in Rangers’ win October 01, 2015

Henrik Lundqvist made 39 saves in the New York Rangers’ 3-2 defeat of the Boston Bruins last night.  The Swedish netminder went on to be named the first star of the contest. In three starts this preseason, the 33-year-old superstar has been excellent, winning twice and allowing just 2 goals per game. Lundqvist is coming off a stellar campaign where he led his team to the Eastern Conference Finals.
