P.K. Subban was named the 2nd star last night, as the Montréal Canadiens lost in a shootout to the Washington Capitals by a score of 5-4. The perennial Norris Trophy contender scored a goal and added two assists, along with 2 shots and 3 hits. It has been a career year for the 25-year-old star defenseman, setting new highs in goals (15) and points (57). He has also posted a career-best in plus/minus (+19) and game-winning goals (5). He currently sits 3rd in points scored by a defenseman and 2nd in assists (42).
