Lehner comes up big in Sens’ victory February 11, 2015

Robin Lehner was named the first star of the contest last night, as the Ottawa Senators eked out a 2-1 win over the Buffalo Sabres. The 23-year-old was far and away the best player on the ice, steering aside 35 of the 36 shots he faced, including an impressive 21 in the second period alone.  The Swedish goalie’s performance was a timely one for the Sens, who were mired in a three-game losing streak going into the match.
