Foligno stars in Blue Jackets’ win January 05, 2015
Nick Foligno continued his excellent play of late, assisting on two goals – including the game-winner – in the Columbus Blue Jackets’ 4-3 victory over the Colorado Avalanche last night. The Buffalo-native is currently on a four-game point streak, tallying a goal and four assists in that time period. The eight-year NHL veteran is well on his way to career highs in a plethora of offensive categories. Through 36 games, the star left winger is averaging nearly a point per game, scoring 17 goals and 18 assists.
On December 31st, Foligno signed a six-year contract extension through the 2020-21 season.
