Stamkos carries the load in Lightning win November 27, 2014

Steven Stamkos scored a goal and added two assists last night, as the Tampa Bay Lightning held on for a 4-3 victory over the New York Rangers. The goal was the Markham-native’s 15^th of the year, which ties him for 2^nd overall in the NHL. The 24-year-old is well on his way to another 40+ goal campaign, having already achieved that mark three times in his career to date. Through 23 games this year, the two-time Maurice “Rocket” Richard winner is averaging more than a point per game, tallying 15 goals and 12 assists.
