Subban and Emelin help guide Habs to victory October 09, 2014
The new defensive pairing of P.K. Subban and Alexei Emelin did not take long to pay dividends, as the duo were both solid in the Montreal Canadiens 4-3 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs last night. While Subban had a team high 5 hits to go along with his clutch, game-tying goal in the 3rd period, Emelin was named the game’s 2nd star after dishing out two assists, three hits as well as three blocked shots.
