O’Reilly takes home Lady Byng Trophy June 25, 2014
After taking just one penalty all season long, Colorado Avalanche forward Ryan O’Reilly was named the winner of the 2013-14 Lady Byng Trophy, handed out to the player who best demonstrates gentlemanly conduct combined with a high standard of playing ability. The 23-year-old had a breakout season for the Avs, setting career highs in goals (28) and points (64).
