Erik Karlsson was named the 2nd star in a losing effort, Thursday, as the Ottawa Senators fell to the Tampa Bay Lightning, 4-3. The Swedish-born defenseman put in a tour de force performance, scoring a goal and adding an assist while taking 5 shots on net. The talented rearguard also logged an impressive 34:45 of ice-time, his highest total of the year.
