Iginla plays big role in 2-0 win December 18, 2013
Facing off against his old club the Calgary Flames for the second time in a week, Jarome Iginla was in fine form, helping the Bruins to a hard fought, 2-0 victory. Deadlocked 0-0 in the 3rd period, the ex-Flame superstar provided the spark the Bruins were looking for, firing a shot that was tipped in front of the net for the game’s first goal. He added another assist on the Bruins 2nd goal, and would go on to be named the game’s 3rd star. Iginla has been heating up of late, putting up six points in his last six games.
