Markstrom named NHL’s First Star of the Week November 02, 2021
Calgary Flames goaltender Jacob Markstrom was named the NHL’s First Star of the Week, for the week ending Oct 31. Markstom lead the Flames (6-1-1) into first place in the Pacific Division, while stopping 93 of the 94 shots he faced. Markstrom has now appeared in 6 games this season and leads the league in shutouts with 3.
