Markstrom wins in return to Vancouver February 12, 2021

Jacob Markstrom was named the 3rd star of the game last night, as the Calgary Flames defeated the Vancouver Canucks, 3-1. The 31-year-old netminder was solid in his return to Vancouver — where he had played for the previous 7 seasons — steering aside 33 of 34 shots he faced in the contest. The Gävle, Sweden-native is off to a good start with his new club, registering 7 wins, a 2.36 GAA and a .921 save percentage in his first 11 games.
