Petry named 3rd Star of the Week

Jeff Petry was named the 3rd star of the week on Monday, after tallying 6 points (4 goals, 2 assists) with a +7 rating in four games played. The 33-year-old native of Ann Arbor, Michigan has gotten off to a terrific start to the season, helping guide the Montreal Canadiens to 8-2-2 record. The veteran D-man currently sits tied for 1st in the NHL in plus-minus with a +14 rating, while amongst defensemen, he leads the way in goals (6) and is second in points (14).
