Monahan helps Flames solidify playoff position with win February 26, 2020

Sean Monahan scored twice last night – including the game-winning goal – as the Calgary Flames defeated the Boston Bruins, 5-2. The Flames’ alternate captain would eventually go on to be named the first star of the contest. The 25-year-old center also extended his streak of seasons with at least 20 goals or more to 7 in the win. The Brampton-native has been hot of late, tallying 4 goals and an assist in his last 4 games played.
