Pietrangelo helps guide Blues to overtime win January 29, 2020
Alex Pietrangelo excelled at both ends of the ice last night, as the St. Louis Blues defeated the Calgary Flames 5-4 in the shootout. The Blues’ captain tallied 2 assists in the contest, along with 2 shots on net, 2 blocked shots, and a game-high, 27:27 of ice-time logged. For the season, the 30-year-old defenseman is well on his way to eclipsing his career-high goal of 15 goals, which he set in 2017-18. Through 51 games, Pietrangelo has already netted on 13 occasions, to go along with 29 assists.
