Tkachuk amazing teammates and coaches alike with skillset, heart November 08, 2019

Matthew Tkachuk is quickly becoming one of the NHL’s brightest stars. Now in his 4^th year with the Calgary Flames, the Scottsdale-native has become the definition of a power forward, combining an elite skill set with a gritty, rugged style. The 21-year-old – who currently leads the Flames in scoring with 18 points – has earned the praise of teammates and his head coach, Bill Peters, who says of Tkackuk, “"He makes plays, he's got good hands, and he's a brilliant hockey mind. He's a real smart player. "Real smart."
