Markstrom shines in Canucks’ win October 21, 2019

Jacob Markstrom was named the 2^nd star of the game last night, as the Vancouver Canucks hung on to defeat the New York Rangers, 3-2. The 29-year-old goaltender turned aside 38 of the 40 shots he faced in the win, tallying his 3^rd straight victory in the process. The native of Gavle, Sweden has had an excellent start to the season, registering above average marks in both GAA (2.19) and save percentage (2.19).
