Nyquist signs four-year contract with Blue Jackets July 09, 2019

Unrestricted free agent Gustav Nyquist signed a four-year deal with the Columbus Blue Jackets on the opening day of free agency. The 29-year-old winger split time between the Detroit Red Wings and San Jose Sharks this past season, racking up 60 points (22 goals, 38 assists) in the process. The Swedish-native played a big role in the Sharks’ run to the Western Conference finals, tallying 11 points in 20 playoff appearances.
