Perry begins new chapter in Dallas July 08, 2019
Corey Perry signed a new, 1-year contract with the Dallas Stars on July 1st, after spending the last 14 years plying his trade with the Anaheim Ducks. Drafted 28th overall by the Ducks in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, the talented winger would go on to become one of the best scorers in the NHL, tallying 372 goals and 776 points in 988 gamers played. A member of the 2007 Stanley Cup Champion winning Ducks’ team, Perry had his best season in 2010-11, when he led the league in goals (50) and won the prestigious Hart Trophy (league MVP).
