O’Reilly claims another trophy June 20, 2019

Ryan O’Reilly took home the Selke Trophy last night, the award given to the NHL’s top defensive forward. This comes on the heels of O'Reilly winning the Conn Smythe Trophy last week, after the St. Louis Blues claimed their first ever Stanley Cup win. The 28-year-old native of Clinton, Ontario compiled a career-best +22 plus/minus rating in 2018-19, and led the NHL in faceoffs won for the second straight season with 1,086.
