Steel explodes with 3-goal performance March 27, 2019

Sam Steel tallied his first career hat trick last night, as the Anaheim Ducks defeated the Vancouver Canucks, 5-4. The 21-year-old rookie center would eventually go on to be named the 1^st star of the contest, finishing the game with 3 points, 3 shots on net and a +3 rating. Recently called up in late February, the native of Ardrossan, Alberta has been excellent, registering 5 points (3 goals, 2 assists) in 5 games played, including a point or more in his last 3 contests.
