Tkachuk stays hot in Flames’ victory March 22, 2019
Matthew Tkachuk scored in a second straight game last night, as the Calgary Flames padded their lead in the Western Conference standings, defeating the Ottawa Senators, 5-1. The 3rd year winger has been one of the hottest scorers in the NHL of late, registering 13 points (including 8 goals) in just his last 6 games played. It has been a breakout season for the Scottsdale, Arizona-native, who through 74 games has set new career-highs in nearly every statistical category, including goals (34), assists (42), points (76) and plus/minus rating (+18).
