Hertl and Kane score in Sharks’ romp February 12, 2019

Tomas Hertl and Evander Kane were named the 1st and 2nd stars, respectively, last night, as the San Jose Sharks steamrolled the Vancouver Canucks by a final score of 7-2. Hertl, who is in the midst of a 3-game point streak (4 goals, 3 assists), tallied two more points in the contest, including his 26th goal of the season (a new career-high). Kane, meanwhile, finished the game with 2 goals, 3 hits, a +3 rating and a game-high, 5 shots on net.
