Skinner tallies crucial late goal in Sabres’ win December 17, 2018

Jeff Skinner was named the 3rd star of the game last night, as the Buffalo Sabres continued their resurgence in the Eastern Conference, defeating the Boston Bruins by a score of 4-2. The 26-year-old sharpshooter tallied two goals in the contest, including the tie-breaking goal late in the 3rd period to give his team the lead. The native of Toronto, Ontario has been a huge reason why the Buffalo Sabres currently sit 2nd in the Eastern Conference in points with 45. Through 34 games, Skinner has scored an impressive 24 goals, putting him 2nd overall in the running for the Maurice “Rocket” Richard Trophy.
