Phil Kessel was named the 1st star of the game last night, as the Pittsburgh Penguins steamrolled the New York Islanders, 6-2. The 31-year-old winger was dominant in the victory, tallying 4 points (2 goals, 2 assists) and a +2 rating. Coming off of a career-best 92 points in 2017-18, the Madison-native has continued his impressive play this season, tallying 33 points (12 goals, 21 assists) in 33 games thus far.
