Wilson scores in big Caps’ win April 18, 2018
Down 2-0 in their best-of-seven first round series, the Washington Capitals bounced back last night, taking down the Columbus Blue Jackets 3-2 in double overtime. Tom Wilson tallied his first goal of the playoffs in the victory, and also set new career playoff-highs in shots on goal (6) and ice-time logged (26:09). The big-bodied winger is coming off a regular season that saw him set new career-bests in a plethora of categories, including goals (14), points (35) and shots on goal (123).
