Hornqvist leads the charge in Penguins’ comeback win March 16, 2018
Patric Hornqvist tallied 3 points last night – including the game-winning goal – as the Pittsburgh Penguins came from behind to defeat the Montreal Canadiens by a score of 5-3. Tied 3-3 late in the 3rd period, the 31-year-old winger broke the game wide open with his 2nd goal of the game, before registering the primary assist on an insurance goal. He would eventually go on to be named the 1st star of the contest. The Swedish star has been on a tear of late, with 4 goals and an assist in his last 4 games.
