Oleksiak traded to Stanley Cup champions Pittsburgh December 20, 2017

Jamie Oleksiak was acquired via trade by the Pittsburgh Penguins on Tuesday, after spending the first 6 years of his professional career in the Dallas Stars’ organization. Drafted 14th overall in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft, the big-bodied defenseman has since played 140 games in a Dallas Stars’ uniform, tallying 22 points (7 goals, 15 assists) in that span.
