Wilson has breakout game in Caps’ victory December 07, 2017

Tom Wilson had one of his best games in a Washington Capitals’ uniform on Wednesday, leading his team to a convincing, 6-2 defeat of the Chicago Blackhawks. The 23-year-old power forward tallied 2 goals and 2 assists in the contest, including a late short-handed goal to seal the contest. It was the Toronto-native’s first ever four-point performance, and possibly a sign of things to come for the young rising star. Drafted 16^th overall in the 2012 draft, Wilson is putting together what looks to be his best season to date, with 13 points (4 goals, 9 assists) through his first 25 games.
