Dumba named 3rd star in Wild win December 01, 2017
Matthew Dumba played a key role in the Minnesota Wild’s 4-2 comeback victory versus the Vegas Golden Knights last night, and would go on to be named the 3rd star of the contest. The 23-year-old defenseman put in a all-round performance in the win, registering 6 shots on net, 2 hits, 2 blocks, 26:36 of ice-time and the primary assist on the game-winning goal. For the season, the Regina-native has averaged a career-high 21:03 of ice-time per game, and tallied 11 points (1 goal, 10 assists) in 25 contests.
