Kane plays the hero in Sabres’ triumph February 08, 2017

Evander Kane scored the overtime winner last night, as the Buffalo Sabres overcame a three-goal deficit to defeat the San Jose Sharks by a score of 6-5. Down 4-1 midway through the 3^rd period, Kane played a key role in the comeback, scoring one of the three Sabres’ goals that forced overtime. He would eventually go on to be named the 1^st star of the contest, finishing the game with 2 goals and a game-high 7 shot on net.
