Lundqvist shuts the door in Rangers’ win January 23, 2017
Henrik Lundqvist kept the puck out of his net for over 60 minutes last night, guiding the New York Rangers to a 1-0, overtime victory over the Detroit Red Wings. The 34-year-old Swedish star turned aside all 21 shots he faced in the victory, recording the 61st shutout of his career. It was the Are-native’s second win a row, and 20th of the season.
