Danault does it all in Habs’ win December 09, 2016

Philip Danault was named the first star last night, guiding the Montreal Canadiens to a 5-2 win over the New Jersey Devils. The 23-year-old center did a little bit of everything in the contest, sparking his team’s offense with a goal and an assist, while also providing stability in the faceoff circle, winning 11 of 15 draws. The product of Victoriaville, Québec is in the midst of a breakout season, tallying 11 points (6 goals, 5 assists) through his first 27 games.
